As a Technology Training Engineer i am responsible for researching, developing, and delivering training programs on the latest technologies in mechanical engineering. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the latest trends and developments in the field, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training to others.
Responsibilities:
1-Research and develop training programs on the latest technologies in mechanical engineering, such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and automation.
2-Deliver training sessions to groups of engineers, technicians, and other professionals, both in-person and online.
3-Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs, gather feedback from participants, and make adjustments as needed.
4-Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in mechanical engineering and related fields, and adjust training programs accordingly.
5-Provide technical support to participants in the training programs, answering questions and providing guidance as needed.
6-Collaborate with other trainers, as well as with other departments in the company, to ensure that training programs are aligned with company goals and objectives.
7-Develop training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and instructional videos, to support the training programs.
