We discussed three techniques for speculating on exchange rates: economic analysis, monitoring of order flows, and technical analysis. Assume a key part of the efficient markets hypothesis (EMH): It is impossible to predict exchange-rate movements based on any publicly available information. Under this assumption, could any of the three techniques succeed? Explain.
