Teaching is the only thing i can do a whole day.Being an aeronautical engg. I love to read books. When i was doing training in air india, a guy who is preparing for a exam, and he was so tensed. He said to me that my basic maths is not strong, i am not understanding it. I feel for him, and he requested me to teach him one hour daily. I didnt denied because i love to do that or without charge i can do that. I teach him about 3-4 months and he passed that exam that is the first confidence and experience i got from there and decided i will do this i will make my interest into professional. So next, i finished my training everyone goes for interview in engg. Field. But i went for teaching and started teaching at home. After 5-6 months i got enough experience to teach any class.I decided to expand my range and i decided to convert it into a institute academy. So, one of my friend and i decided to start an academy in delhi. Our motto is not to give students knowledge for exam only but they are able to replicate their knowledge in real life....for example one day some students of 6th standard are not able to understand the number line or the number comparison. So i made a model type number line in which i used 20 concentric circles of unequal sizes in ascending order. By their sizes i mark small circle as -10 and bigger circle +10. After that everyone understood that which negative no. Is greater. I teach students by comparing topics into real life examples. Like i compared concave and convex lenses to spoon front and back surfrace in physics. Like i love cricket, one day when i was teaching force and pressure in physics for understanding i compare it to cricket..like ball speed how much force we need to put etc.
