Write a paper iteration which includes following topics:
1. PLAN: Plan must be like you should state the self assessment process (minimum 2 self assessment) related to the title (Identifying a process to find a full time employment as a Java Developer), why we need to self assessment? How to do the assessment?
2. ACTION: You should state what all ideas you got in the planning section and Action should describe what actually took place in Planning (Activities for survey in self assessment). Do the actual self assessment.
3. OBSERVATION: You should state clear outcomes of the self assessment. 3 strengths and 3 weaknesses from the self assessment related to title (Identifying a process to find a full time employment as a Java Developer)
4. REFLECTION: Should include a description of your thoughts about what happened, what went well, as well as not so well. If your iteration was a meeting, you may want to discuss the effectiveness of the meeting, did you have the best participants, did you miss any (not invite) or learned during the meeting you should have invited someone else...if so, what are your thoughts regarding mitigation ...etc what went well with your self assessment? What went wrong with your self assessment?
