Write a paper on Chern's Case Study
Read Chapter 10, "Assessing Internal Candidates,"
In this workshop, for the 4.4 Chern's Case Study: Part I Dropbox written assignment, you will complete the following Chern's case study steps (as taken from the case study "Summary of Assignments" in the Appendix of the textbook):
a. Step 9.a. Develop an assessment and selection plan that does not exceed the remaining $4,000 budget.
Use as much of the $4,000 as possible, based on the selected assessments.
i. For this step, select 3-5 assessments from those listed in the case study. Place the names of the assessments in the heading portion of the table below. The table is available for download in Shared Documents: Assessment Selection Table.
ii. Fill in the cost per assessment for each applicant. The total cost for each assessment should equal the individual cost times the number of applicants. The total cost for all assessments should be as close to the budgeted amount of $4,000 without going over. See the example shown in the last column displaying the cognitive ability test with a cost of $70 per candidate.
Important: If the cognitive ability test shown in the last column of the table below for illustration purposes is not one of your selected assessments, be sure to remove it and the costing for it from you're the last column.
iii. Include the completed table in Appendix B of your paper.
b. Step 9.c. Submit your Assessment Selection Table using the 4.4 Chern's Case Study: Part I
