Tim Kendrick (“defendant”) appeals from summary judgment entered in favor of Carolina Pride Carwash, Inc. (“Carolina Pride”) for breach of an employment contract. We reverse and remand for entry of summary judgment in favor of defendant. Carolina Pride is a car wash maintenance provider and distributor of car wash equipment and supplies.
