Today, more than 2,300 colleges and universities offer courses in entrepreneurship and small business management, and many of them have trouble meeting the demand for these classes. “There’s been a change in higher education,” says William Green, dean of the entrepreneurship program at the University of Miami. “Entrepreneurship has become a mainstream activity.”
