A beaker filled with water is balanced on the left cup of a scale. A cube 4 cm on a side is attached to a string and lowered into the water so that it is completely submerged. The cube is not touching the bottom of the beaker. A weight m is added to the system to retain equilibrium. What is the weight m and on which cup of the balance is it added?
