A television camera crew followed a group of city firefighters and paramedics with their permission. A call came in about a man having a heart attack. The camera crew and the paramedics rushed to the home of the reported victim. Without consent from anyone, the crew followed the paramedics and taped footage of victim suffering a fatal heart attack. Later that night the crew put the footage on the air, also without consent. The victim's wife filed suit against the television network and the city for invasion of privacy infliction of emotional distress. Should she win?
