You must do this in a manner that: 1) does not require the corporation to incur huge losses. Ideally, the company would at least "break even" on the venture; 2) Explains how well the strategy fits the company's situation- this requires some research of the company; 3) Provides a creative solution or approach- use your wonderful imaginations: How will you increase workforce diversity? How will you identify and effectively deal with organizational stakeholders? How will your solution implement organizational learning practices? How will you implement high performance work practices?
