A 30-cm-square plate is placed on a low-speed wind tunnel; the surface is covered with a thin layer of water. The dry air is at atmospheric pressure and 43oC and blows over the plate at a velocity of 12 m/s. The enclosure walls of the wind tunnel are at 10oC. Calculate the equilibrium temperature of the plate, assuming an emissivity of unity for the water film.
