(1) Documenting that person's achievements,
(2) Applying one appropriate leadership model to that person such as servant leadership, transformational leadership, authentic leadership, situational leadership, etc.
(3) Assessing the delivery skills of innovation as they are exemplified by the leader being studied,
(4) Drawing lessons for other leaders
