Consider the liquid-level controller designed in Example 10.10.1, whose Simulink diagram is shown in Figure 10.10.1. Modify the model to include a Rate Limiter block to limit the rate of q1, in front of the Saturation block. The limits on the rate should be ± 20. Use this model to obtain plots of the response of the height h2 to a unit-step command and a unit-step disturbance. Compare these responses to those found in Example 10.10.1.
