Let me start by saying that I believe that teaching is the noblest professor all over the world.
I have always been good in my academics specially in mathematics field and computer science field. I was always eager to teach a concept or solve a problem that my friends were facing in their studies. Currently I am a full time engineer in a MNC but I have full time teaching experience also. I used to be a volunteer teacher for mathematics and science in a government school located in my hometown. Now-a-days almost every weekend, I organise math's and algorithm's tuition classes for students in my area. I have helped many students to achieve better grades in their subjects.
While teaching, I feel good and happy when my students feel also good and happy because they learnt the key points of my lectures.
I believe that I should teach what I love most. I love solving different type of problems from various fields. Whenever I teach maths I try to explain every concepts starting from the basics. Basics should be clear before starting to solve any problems. Good examples make good understanding of the concepts behind every theoretical knowledge.
In my understanding every tutor should be able to clear the basic concepts in the simplest form.
Genius is someone who makes complex things simple to be understood and applied.
