Divide the class into groups of three or four students. Each group selects an organization — one that a group member works for or has worked for in the past. In 15 minutes, develop an ethics charter or statement that provides clear guidance to employees and introduces a new employee to the organization’s standard of ethical business practices. Be prepared to present and discuss your statement with your classmates.
