Dozens of administrative tribunals, such as the Atomic Energy Commission of Canada, the Labour Relations Board, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission, the Occupational Health and Safety Commission, and Human Rights Tribunals, have been established by both the federal and provincial governments. Why do you think administrative tribunals are such a predominant feature in Canada? In other words, why have they been established?
