HarvMalbert has been hired as General Manager of the Bed Bug Inn Hotel Chain (BBI). Harv runs into a number of issues during his first few months on the job.
First, while interviewing a candidate for the company's CFO position, he learns that the candidate, JennSterber, worked with his H.R. Director, Suzie Que, while she was with her prior firm. He asks Suzie to tell him why Jenn left that company. Suzie says she cannot discuss Jenn at all because of her fiduciary obligation to her prior employer. Harv is upset and tells Suzie she has a fiduciary obligation to the BBI only! He also threatens to fire her if she doesn't provide him with information about Jenn.
