Learn an open source or free BI Tool and demonstrate to the class how it works. I wish to see you actually using the software. This means that you will need to either install the software on your computer or log onto a cloud based BI software tool. Let me know which tool you choose, so that we don't have more than one team demonstrating the same software.
A few examples of BI Tool software: Weka, IBM Watson, Microstrategy, Jaspersoft, BIRT, BIRST, R - Language, Microsoft Power BI (Requires MS SQL Server) , Tableau, Qlikview
When you give your demonstration of the BI Tool to the class, I'd like to see how you bring data into that tool. Some of these data tools have sample data that you can work with.
You will be able to find data that is stored as XLS or CSV formats. Your tool will be able to interact with this data after you download this sample data.
