EXPERIENCE

Assistant bookkeeper, 2007 to present. Marsh and McLennan, Inc., Tulsa. I work with many small businesses to keep their bookkeeping records. I have to be accurate, and I get little supervision. I prepare income tax returns, I monitor and update A/R records for Overland Truck Lines. I am responsible for the payroll records at three firms. The owner of Marsh and McLennan said I was reliable and painstaking.

Peterson Controls Inc., Tulsa. I held a data processing internship from July to October 2006. I worked with spreadsheets and also kept information for production uptime and downtime. Prepared graphs, answered phones; helped people with collecting and photocopying their data.

2005–2008. Langston University, Tulsa. I was coordinator of Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Project. I marketed the VITA program to Langston students. I scheduled volunteers, got the supplies, and kept track of all appointments.

Community Service: March of Dimes Drive at Central Park High School; All Souls Unitarian Church, assistant director of Children’s Choir.
