1- How do you perform a stakeholder analysis? What information is required to adequately assess the needs of stakeholders?
2- You are the supervisory manager of a large production group. Your project is a "priority one" task for your company. Your staff is already committed to a number of in-house initiatives that are driven by deadlines and requirements. You will need to staff the project team with personnel taken from other organizations within your company. Describe how you will approach the other supervisory managers, the incentives you will offer participants, and what you will do to "juggle" your own organizational demands with the demands of the project.
3- With more and more project teams being formed in matrix format, what changes need to be made to your company's incentive, pay, and reward processes? Who is responsible for ensuring that matrix personnel are appropriately protected and compensated?
4- What are the outputs from organizational planning? How are these used to further project goals?
5- Describe the process required to create a project's WBS? Be sure to include in your description the responsibilities, steps, and information needed to create the WBS.
