Prepare an ethics training program to be implemented in a for-profit organization. Assume you have been assigned by the Board of Directors to develop such a training program and the program is to be presented to them at an upcoming meeting for their consideration. Your task is to thoroughly prepare such a program and present it in such a manner that the Board of Directors will adopt it at this meeting. The training program will contain the following elements:
A description of the organization's mission, its product or service and its scope of operations (is it a local, national or international organization?)
A description of the organization's controlling values and how those values influenced the design of the ethics training program.
A detailed description of the organization's code of conduct what is expected of employees.
A detailed scope and sequence of the training program-- that is, what will be taught, how many sessions and when will these sessions begin and end?
What criteria will be used to evaluate the program's effectiveness? What impact, if any, will the training program have on the annual budget? There is both a written component and media presentation component for this assignment.
