1- Explain how the leader you chose demonstrates the qualities of a transformational or charismatic leader.
2- Tell us how the leader you chose demonstrated at least two of the discovery skills of innovators identified by Dyer, Gregersen and Christensen (associative thinking, experimenting, observation, questioning and networking)
3- Assess your own discovery skills, giving specific examples of your strengths and weaknesses in leading change and innovation.
