I am a senior in chemical engineering, but I plan to go to medical school next year. I have not been accepted yet. I want a good summer job, and yet, if my application for medical school is turned down, I would want the job to be permanent. Jobs are hard to get, and the interviewers with whom I have talked so far will offer me permanent employment but not summer employment. I have three interviews left. What do I tell these interviewers?
