Eleanor Bloxham is the founder and CEO of the Value Alliance Company and the Corporate Governance Alliance, and is a respected authority on matters involving corporate governance and valuation. In 2012, during an interview, she stated that she would rank executive compensation at or near the top in the hierarchy of corporate governance issues. As justification, she stated that compensation policy drives the way that executives think about all the capital allocation decisions they make.
