ASSESS YOURSELF How well did you present yourself? Did you dress appropriately? If this was a video or phone interview, did you manage the technology well? What qualifications did the interviewer emphasize for this job? How can you change your cover letter, resume, and social profiles to address qualifications more directly in the future? Which interview questions did you answer most easily? Which descriptions or stories were best? Which questions did you have trouble answering? How can you address these differently in the future? What questions were you asked about your resume? What should you clarify or delete as a result? ASSESS THE COMPANY How do you feel about the company? Did you feel respected and valued during the selection process? Is this a place you could see yourself working? How was your relationship with the interviewer and people on the team? Did you connect with them? Did you feel comfortable and able to be yourself? What are the job responsibilities? Could you see yourself doing this job for the next two to three years? How does this company compare to others you're considering? What are the advantages and disadvantages? Do you think you'll get a job offer? Do you feel excited, indifferent, anxious, or something else at the prospect?
