Joy Pervis and Brenda Pauley worked together as talent agents in Geor-gia. When Pervis "discovered" actress Dakota Fan-ning, Pervis sent Fanning's audition tape to Cindy Osbrink, a talent agent in Califomia. Osbrink agn.J to represent Fanning in Califomia and to pay 3 percent of Osbrink's commissions to Pervis and Nulty, who agreed to split the payments equally. Six years later, Pervis told Paisley that their agreement with Osbrink had expired and there would be no more payments. Nevertheless, Pervis continued to receive payments from Osbrink. Each time Pauley asked about commissions, however, Pelvis replied that she was not receiving any. Do these facts evidence fraud? Explain.
