Researchers were interested in the effects of music on sleep quality. Persons who participated in the research project listened to special music recorded on a CD each night before they went to sleep. Their sleep quality was measured before the music intervention began and then at four-week intervals. The table shown presents the sleep quality scores of the research participants. Use these data to answer the questions in this exercise.
