Century Business Products tested 180 whiteboard markers that they had in stock and found that 13 failed to perform adequately and had to be replaced immediately. The same test was applied to a sample of 67 whiteboard markers from a new supplier and found that 7 of those failed. Use the 0.05 significance level to test if it is reasonable to conclude that the whiteboard markers from the new supplier are not performing as well as those in stock.
