Bonnie wants to trade her Snow Bird, Utah, condominium, which she has held for investment, for investment property in Steamboat Springs or Crested Butte, Colo. On April 20, 2020, she transfers title to the Snow Bird property to Thanh/ Hao Partnership, which transfers $300,000 cash to a real estate broker to hold in escrow until Bonnie finds a replacement property. The broker is commissioned to find suitable property for Bonnie.
