(a) Estimate the ROC curve using mean score, IPW, and MI methods.

(b) Estimate the AUC based on the empirical ROC curve obtained in

(a) for each of the mean score, IPW, and MI methods.

(c) Compare the results obtained using the three different methods in parts

(a) and (b).
