The employee is vocal that pay is very low for the work he does, and he has many complaints relating to lack of growth opportunities and broken promises. You fear that this blog is damaging the organization’s reputation, as it developed a large group of followers. The employee seems to be posting outside of work hours, and is in general a productive employee.
