Dropouts 2013 According to a report, the overall dropout average rate, which includes all students who do not complete upper secondary education, for a large country was around 15%. Subsequent studies show that the trend in the country is toward a decrease in the percentage of young people abandoning education, except for some regions where the dropout rates are among the highest.
