A chemical laboratory was facing issues with the concentration of the sulfuric acid they prepared. The first step was to collect data on the magnitude of the problem. Of 5,186 recently supplied acid vials, 846 had concentration issues that could easily be detected by a basic chemical test. Obtain a \(99 \%\) confidence interval for the population proportion of vials with incorrect concentrations of sulfuric acid.
