Write a recursive program that surfs the web, starting at a page given as the first command-line argument, looking for pages that are similar to the page given as the second command-line argument, as follows: to process a name, open an input stream, do a readA11(), sketch it, and print the name if its distance to the target page is greater than the threshold value given as the third command-line argument. Then scan the page for all strings that begin with the prefix http:// and (recursively) process pages with those names.
