a) For each country, calculate the average population growth rate per year by calculating the total percentage increase in population and dividing by the number of years in the sample, up to the most recent data available.

b) For each country, compare the average population growth rate per year to the level of GDP per capita reported for the most recent data available. Create a table to report these values, organizing the table with countries ordered from lowest population growth to highest.
Choose the three countries with the lowest population growth and the three with the highest, and calculate their average population growth rates and average GDP per capita as groups. Are the results what you would expect? From the list of countries, are there any that don’t follow the expected pattern?
Briefly explain.

c) Create a scatterplot of the data (and insert a fitted line if possible). Comment on the relationship between population growth and GDP per capita.
