An Agile Project is getting behind schedule and not adding much value, the PM has organized a meeting with the team and the stakeholders to address the issue. This could have been avoided if the project manager did the following:

A. Prioritized the work so that most important work could have been done & value obtained.

B. Properly sequenced the work so that team members knew the value proposition C. Empowered team members to self organize & find ways to get value work done on time D. Organized a team meeting to get to the root cause of the problem
