Use organization chart software to draw an organization chart that accurately depicts the structure of the organization in which you are currently employed, or one with which you are thoroughly familiar. Once you have completed this task, form a group with several of your classmates. Taking turns, have each member show his or her organization chart to the group; briefly describe the structure depicted, explain whether or not the structure seems to be appropriate, and identify several advantages and disadvantages he or she experienced working within this structure.
