You are well aware of Costco’s “good jobs strategy.” What factors would motivate you to sign a card to support a union election? What advantages do you foresee that would be available to you if you are rep- resented by a union at Costco? What disadvantages do you expect to find if you support the union and it wins the election to represent employees at Costco? What will you do?
