Here are some examples of rights or benefits you can examine to answer this question: Social Security, worker’s compensation, unemployment insurance, government safety standards, overtime pay, minimum wage, union membership, and job opportunities working for the U.S. government. What type of employer is most likely to hire illegal immigrants? Be prepared to share your group’s findings with the class.
