Practice learning new procedures for your smartphone (or laptop if you do not have a smartphone). Find a friend or classmate with a similar phone and find a software app that person uses that would be helpful to you. Download that app and learn how to use it. Identify the process that your new app supports. Write down three other apps you would like to learn to use and learn the procedures to use that app. Record the process supported, the app, and the steps in each procedure you learn. Don’t write it down, but ask yourself an important question: Do I learn procedures rapidly? If not, why not?
