Do Problem 4 using a process chart spreadsheet of your own design, one that differs from the Process Chart Solver in OM Explorer. It should have one or more columns to record information or metrics that you think are relevant, be they external customer contacts, time delays, completion times, percent rework, costs, capacity, or demand rates. Your entries should show what information you would collect, even though only part of it is available in the case.
