Do Problem I using a process chat spreadsheet of your own design, one that differs from the Process Chart solver in OM Explorer. It should have one or more columns to record Information or metrics that you think are relevant, be it external customer contact, time delays, completion times, percent rework, costs, capacity and/or demand rates.
