The following on-boarding process for new employees has two stages. In the first, employees fill out several government forms and necessary visas for immigration. In the second the employees attend human resources training sessions to instruct them in company policies. Each stage has 9 workers. There are three types of new employees: (1) U.S. citizens starting a full-time job, (2) U.S. citizens starting a part-time job, and (3) Non–U.S. citizens starting a full-time job.
