(a) Apply the System Operations Model to the selected system to determine which operations apply.

(b) Does the system have operations that are not identified in the model?

(c) Using the System Operations Model as the initial starting point, tailor the model to the system and its application.

(d) As a sanity check, map each use case to the System Operations Model operations. For those operations that are not addressed by a use case, is the set of use cases deficient? If the User did not have resource constraints, how would you address the deficiencies with the User?
