If you are a member of a team (work, sports, musical, religious, social), what level of decision input do you and your fellow team members have on which tasks, in relation to your supervisor, coach, choirmaster or conductor, priest or minister, club president? Make a list of tasks relevant to your team and then identify those which your team performs itself.
