Robert Hare has developed a test to detect psychopaths in organizations. Anyone who has more than about a quarter of the following traits could have a problem, while a total of more than three quarters puts the subject into the dangerous category. The personality traits are insincere, arrogant, untrustworthy, manipulative, remorseless, impatient, erratic, unreliable, unethical or bullying. Are these traits you recognize in your work colleagues?
