She (and Vegas) learned that she would be the sort of person who would roll up her sleeves, learn the root cause(s) of the dilemma and institute proper solutions. She seems also to be teaching her boss that his own belief that he can outsell jobs at the speed by which creditors would be paid is not that cause. It could be remedied with accounting practices.
