Develop an example to illustrate a precedence diagram activity that is BiCritical (BC); that is, an activity that would cause an increase in project duration for either an increase or a decrease in its duration.

Hint: Construct an activity that is reverse critical as a result of an active predecessor constraint of the finish type (FF or SF) and an active successor constraint of the start time type (SS or SF). At the same time add constraints that make this same activity normal critical.
