We plan to communicate the 5Ws and H to our community through newsletters and social media. We also want to use word-of-mouth with local crafters in order to obtain more vendors. We will send it out to Lubbock organizations including churches, the clay & art district, food truck community and more. We will also have an informational meeting for those that prefer face-to-face meetings.
