A group of students tried to get some information for their course by running a few applications that test the computer network. One of the applications that was tested is Ping Plotter. They run the application on several scenarios which test the ping from inside the college and from outside of their college to an identical destination in the internet. Upon getting the result, it shows that running the application from their college resulted a lot of packets lost and delays compared to the result from running the same application outside of their college.
